It was time to renew our existing car insurance policy which had increased over the past few years. I met Ralph and his family several times. Since our policy was up for renewal, I asked him for estimates of which he provided several. One saved us hundreds of dollars! We switched our business to Great Florida Insurance of West Palm Beach. Thank you Ralph for your prompt attention and follow up. I should also mention, earlier this year, he was able to find reasonable insurance for my Aunt who is a seasonal resident. Ralph was amazing from beginning to end and saved my property deal. Ralph was willing to go the extra mile and roll up his sleeves when no other insurance agent would. He was able to secure a policy for my home purchase that required a new roof. If anyone has tried this before, you will know how difficult and complex it could be in Florida. Ralph guided me through the process and insured all required conditions were met until we received approval. 5/5 experience and I couldn't recommend Ralph enough for any of your insurance needs.
